2020 Inferno Canine Accreditation and Club Trial

Entry Form Instructions
To experience the greatest success using this online entry form, we suggest the following:
  • If possible use a Chrome browser for the best experience. If at all possible DO NOT use Internet Explorer as it MAY not work.
  • If uploading pictures of your documents taken with your phone, please do the following. Be sure that they are clear and all information can be read. If your phone has the option to compress or make them smaller, please choose that option. Standard photos on new phones are very large because of their high resolution and may cause time outs while trying to upload them.

  • There are 3 steps to complete your entry for this event
    • Step 1 - Complete the entry form & click "Next"
    • Step 2 - Submit either .pdf copies or pictures of the required documents for the entered class & click "Next"
    • Step 3 - Pay for your entry with a credit card or PayPal account or by check
  • To complete the entry form:
  • Select all titles that are being attempted.
  • The "Registered Name of Dog" field is a list pre-populated with dog names.  As you type in a dog's name the list will display matches.  If the dog you are entering is in the list click on the appropriate dog's name, if your dog's name is not in the list, then type in the dog's name.  Press tab to update fields with dog information.
  • For dogs that are in the list, when their name is selected any fields of information that are available will be completed.  All of these completed fields can be edited.
  • For dogs, sires or dams that have more than one working title, keep selecting the earned titles from the appropriate list.  If a dog has an IGP3 and FH1 title, click IGP3 from the list and the title will be displayed in the box to the left of the list.  Then click FH1 from the list and both titles will be displayed in the box to the left of the list
  • In the Owner, Co-owner and Handler sections, if you type in the zip code, for a city in the United States or Canada and hit either the Enter or Tab key, the city, state and country for the entered zip code will be completed automatically
  • If the information for the Handler is the same as the Owner, check the "Same as Owner" box in the Handler's section.  If the Handler is the Co-owner, check the "Same as Co-owner" box in the Handler's section.  If either of these buttons are checked the Handler section fields will be automatically filled in
  • Once the Submit button has been clicked all fields will be validated.  If there are missing or incorrect fields, those errors will be displayed and you need to correct them and resubmit the form
  • The form can be printed by clicking the print button.  The preferred option would be from the Print option is to save as a .pdf document if you have that option from your printer.
  • If an email address was entered in the owner email field, an email message will be sent confirming the entry was submitted
  • Once all 3 steps have been successfully completed, you will receive an email with information regarding your entry.

Inferno Canine Club Accreditation Trial and Club Trial August 28-30, 2020 Trial Application – Waiver of Liability
By signing this form, I understand that this event will be conducted in accordance with current GSSCC Rules and Regulations as administered by GSSCC Judges. In consideration of this entry, I agree to abide by those rules, regulations and decisions.
I also understand that every dog at this event will be at all times in the care and control of the dog’s handler/owner. I further understand that the undersigned agrees to be fully responsible for the actions of his/her dog on all trial event locations.
I agree to hold Inferno Canine Club, its members, officers and directors, as well as any other land or property owners harmless for loss or injury which may have allegedly been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by any act of their dog.
I understand that this event will be conducted pursuant to the current rules and regulations as set forth by the GSSCC. I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand and agree to be fully responsible for the action of any and all dogs that I bring to this event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the GSSCC, Inferno Canine Club, property owners, and any other persons sponsoring this event, for loss or injury to myself and for loss or injury by my actions or the actions of my dog(s) either directly or indirectly, to any person or thing and I agree to assume all responsibilities and/or liability from any claim arising out of such conduct.
The GSSCC and Inferno Canine Club reserve the right to photograph or video any and all activities at this event. The club has the right to utilize the images or videos from this event in any manner it desires. The club strictly reserves all commercial rights to photos or videos from this event. Entry to this event is an agreement to the above statements.
I understand that it is my responsibility at this event to keep my dog(s) under control at all times. I agree to be fully responsible for the actions of my dog(s) while on the trial grounds. I further agree to hold harmless the GSSCC and Inferno Club, property owners, members, officers, directors, and spectators for any loss or injury which may be allegedly caused directly or indirectly to any person, animal, or possession by any act of my dog(s) or to my dog(s) while on the premises of this trial site.
I hereby assume all responsibility and liability for any such claims and agree to hold harmless and relinquish all claims to GSSCC officers, directors and members, Inferno Canine Club, property owners, and spectators.

  • Incomplete entries, entries that are not signed, and entries without proper documentation will not be accepted.
  • NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED
  • Entries for which payment has not been received will not be accepted
  • Entries that are not received on or before the event deadline date will not be accepted
  • You MUST click the "Submit Entry" button to submit your entry.
  • Click the "Print" button to print a copy of your entry.
